Meet Victor
Hi, I’m Victor. I completed my physiotherapy studies in New Zealand before making the move across the ditch. With an entrepreneurial spirit, I previously owned my own physio clinic and provided training for allied health practitioners throughout the country.
I joined the Suremploy team in 2015 as a 6-month maternity leave physio cover. Blown away by the vision of the company that 6 months has turned into over 8 years. More recently I have led the development of the FitWorker360 platform in 2021 which is now used by over 100 clinics across Australia.
Since then, I’ve climbed the ranks to become General Manager. My unique blend of industry knowledge, business development experience, and occupational health expertise has enabled me to help health clinics and businesses provide safer outcomes for workers.
At Suremploy, I’m responsible for marketing, product development, and supporting the ongoing growth of FitWorker360 partners.
What is your favorite thing about working at Suremploy
What I love most about working at Suremploy is the opportunity to be the change I want to see in the world. Suremploy is driven by innovation, and I’ve experienced pre-employment assessments using various models. From my very first days as a physio contractor, I knew this company was different.
Fast-forward to today and I now get to head up a lot of the innovative solutions we now offer.
Outside of Suremploy
When I’m not working, you can find me staying active on the golf course or dominating the Brisbane senior men’s division 4 social basketball league.
The rest of my time is spent with my partner Gena, as we navigate our new roles as parents to our lovely baby Billie. So if you notice I look a bit tired or my grey hairs have multiplied since we last met, you’ll know why!
